Shipping Policy

Delivery Charge

We have a flat rate delivery fee of $12.00 nationwide for standard shipping and express shipping at $18.00

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We currently dispatch orders on Monday and Tuesday. South Island orders and rural North Island orders are only dispatched on Monday and Tuesday so as to avoid orders being held at the courier depot over the weekend if a delay arises.

If your order is placed by Sunday we will dispatch the following week. 

North Island orders may take up to 3 business days, South Island deliveries will take three - four days. If for a rural address please add an extra day. If your order hasn’t been received within this time frame, please contact us directly via email contact@helloplants.co.nz and we will track your order for you.

Leaving Deliveries

Our deliveries don’t require signature upon arrival, however if you anticipate that you may not be home, please advise a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel when placing your order online.

Delivery Addresses

We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery however we cannot ship to a PO BOX address.

Do you provide a Click & Collect service?

Yes, Click & Collect is currently available from 25 Perkins Street, Papakura, Auckland 2110

How much is your Click & Collect service?

Absolutely free.

Your order will usually be ready for pick up on the same day. You will receive an email/text message to inform you when your order is ready to collect. Pick-up times are usually between 9am and 5pm.
